1. Agreement

By applying to join the PreacherStudies.com Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

PreacherStudies.com reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Maintain a valid email address.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Affiliate Links

Affiliates will receive a unique referral link for promoting products available through PreacherStudies.com.

Commissions are only earned when purchases are successfully tracked through the affiliate’s referral link and are recorded by the affiliate system.

4. Commission Structure

Approved affiliates earn commissions based on their affiliate level and qualifying sales generated through their affiliate links.

Bronze Affiliate

Affiliates who generated between USD $0 and USD $99 in qualifying sales during the previous calendar month earn a commission of 25% of the net sale value of qualifying purchases.

Silver Affiliate

Affiliates who generated between USD $100 and USD $299 in qualifying sales during the previous calendar month earn a commission of 30% of the net sale value of qualifying purchases.

Gold Affiliate

Affiliates who generated USD $300 or more in qualifying sales during the previous calendar month earn a commission of 35% of the net sale value of qualifying purchases.

Affiliate levels are reviewed at the beginning of each calendar month and are based on qualifying sales achieved during the previous calendar month.

Commissions are calculated on the net sale value after discounts, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, taxes, and payment processing adjustments, where applicable.

PreacherStudies.com reserves the right to modify commission rates, affiliate levels, qualifying thresholds, and programme rules at any time. Any changes will not affect commissions already earned on completed qualifying sales.

4.1 Currency

All affiliate commissions, commission rates, qualifying sales thresholds, account balances, and payout calculations are determined and calculated in United States Dollars (USD).

Where a purchase is made in another currency, the transaction value will be converted to USD using the exchange rate and transaction amount recorded by the payment processor or merchant system at the time of the transaction.

Exchange rate fluctuations and currency conversion fees do not affect commission calculations. Affiliates are solely responsible for any currency conversion costs, bank charges, payment provider fees, taxes, or other charges incurred when receiving commission payments.

4.2 Affiliate Payment Requirements

Affiliates are required to maintain a valid PayPal account capable of receiving payments.

It is the affiliate’s responsibility to provide and maintain accurate PayPal account details. PreacherStudies.com is not responsible for payment delays or failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, restricted, suspended, or inactive PayPal accounts.

Commission payments will only be issued to the PayPal account provided by the affiliate.

PreacherStudies.com has selected PayPal as its exclusive affiliate payment method in order to simplify administration, reduce transaction costs, and facilitate international commission payments.

Affiliates who do not have a valid PayPal account may participate in the affiliate program, but commission payments will not be issued until valid PayPal account details have been provided.

5. Qualifying Sales

A qualifying sale is a completed purchase that:

  • Has been successfully tracked through the affiliate system.
  • Has been paid in full.
  • Has not been refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

No commission is payable on:

  • Refunded purchases.
  • Cancelled orders.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Fraudulent transactions.

If commission has already been credited for a refunded or disputed transaction, the amount may be deducted from future commissions.

7. Payment of Commissions

Commissions are paid manually through PayPal or another payment method approved by PreacherStudies.com.

Payments are generally processed monthly.

A minimum commission balance of USD $25 must be reached before payment is issued.

Balances below the minimum threshold will carry forward to the next payment period.

8. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about products or services.
  • Misrepresent PreacherStudies.com or its products.
  • Use spam email, unsolicited messaging, or automated advertising methods.
  • Bid on trademarked brand names in paid advertising without written permission.
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, unethical, or illegal marketing practices.
  • Create websites, pages, or social media profiles that falsely appear to be official PreacherStudies.com properties.
  • Publish or promote content containing excessive profanity, offensive language, harassment, personal attacks, hateful conduct, discrimination, or unlawful activities.
  • Publish or promote content that may reasonably be considered harmful to the reputation, mission, values, standards, or educational objectives of PreacherStudies.com.

PreacherStudies.com reserves the right to determine whether any conduct, content, marketing activity, website, social media profile, or promotional method violates these standards.

8.1 Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction. Where required, affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through their affiliate links.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, course materials, book content, website content, graphics, and promotional materials remain the property of PreacherStudies.com.

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use approved promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting products offered through the affiliate programme.

10. Independent Relationship

Affiliates act as independent promoters and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or legal representatives of PreacherStudies.com.

Participation in the affiliate programme does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

11. Termination

PreacherStudies.com may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time for:

  • Violation of these terms.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Misrepresentation.
  • Conduct that may harm the reputation of PreacherStudies.com.

Any unpaid commissions connected to prohibited activity may be forfeited.

12. Limitation of Liability

PreacherStudies.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the affiliate programme.

13. Changes to These Terms

PreacherStudies.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate programme after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
